waterlogged
Thursday steps: 7478
Friday night - family swim night. The Ladybug family, my sis (1st keychain) and niece (crueskimo), hubby and I all load up into vehicles and head for the Nikiski pool. Hubby and mama ladybug play with the littles in the kiddie pool, while sis and niece and I racewalk in a lap lane.
Tonight I walked 31 laps, and it was time to get out for a shower and the drive back into Kenai for a late dinner. Hubby and I are both a bit tired and I hope to get to bed earlier tonight.
It's been a long week - very busy at work. I sure miss my Friday's off. I get next Friday off, actually everyone in the agency does. It is Alaska Day. I hope to drive to Anchorage to visit with my buddy. We'll have a grand time chatting and eating and just being together.
I am going to do some shopping. Daughter needs a new crib for the expected bug. And the moose needs some clothes that fit - these pants I'm wearing today, for instance, are beginning to be embarrassingly baggy. It's not so much that I have lost weight (only 4 pounds so far), but that I am apparently losing inches. Hard for me to see - but the clothes aren't lying. Just like they don't lie when I gain, they aren't lying now.
Need to get off here and send the other family bloggers some html code they were asking about at the pool. But before I go . . . .

it's brand spanking new, Bonnie. But, there IS a pointer at my old address, so you should have been able to follow it from there. That one is soon to go away, though, so bookmark now. ;-)

and, thanks, everyone for the nice comments. Lessa is a great designer. Guess she is the proud new owner of a purplemoose clone and bookmark, eh?
Oh, I am sooooo delighted with how this looks. Great great work, Lessa. It really gives the flavor of our lovely p.m.--it's elegant looking, yet also quite fun. Not an easy look to achieve.
Much applauding down here in Cali.
