November 16, 2003snow gone? nope! brrrr!
Okay, friends, you heard it here first . . . Dan is a turkey! ;-)) That man's muse is gonna get him in trouble some day. Heh! If you haven't done so yet, stop by Lori's and check out her greeting cards. Mine are ordered, and boy, was it difficult to choose which I wanted the most. I like them all. Now, I will have trouble using them, you know? They are going to taunt me and tease me and I am going to want to share them, but it will be hard because I will want to keep them. Weird, huh? Nah, I just like Lolo's artistic talents. Lisa asked me today if our snow had melted yet. Nope . . . it's gonna be here for awhile, I think. The temps are pretty low:  see what I mean? That's a screen shot from just a few minutes ago from WeatherBug And, here's a shot from the trip to Anchorage Friday afternoon:  See, Lisa . . . we still have snow. And, it's gonna be here awhile. So, get those bags packed and head on up. Well, I had best get off here - it's back to work tomorrow and I'm sure that there is work piled up on my desk for me. Have a wonderful week. Weather-wise, that is. Looks like winter has come with a vengeance and we will be snowbound for the whole time - nah, I know it could all still change - that's alaska for ya. I'll be good and ready for warm weather in May. Thanks for the link Barb! Your Lolo art cards are already in the mail to you. Should arrive by Wed? Hopefully. It's fun seeing the different paintings that people are picking out. So far I've had 7 orders-- cool beans! |
