Baby Watch!
Watch right here - it's Baby Watch 2004!
We're hoping for a Friday the 13th baby.
Gramma will post a note and pictures as soon as the buglet has arrived and she's back home to do so.
Update: 9:30 am, Friday the 13th
Still no baby - contractions slowed down, she stopped dialating even after walking till about 4:30 this morning. So they will most likely send her home here shortly, and we'll let her get some rest before we start walking again.
Anyone have a cochet needle? Popping her water should work, right? *grin*
This update brought to you by the impatient Auntie....

streeeeeeeetttttcccccccchhhhhh!
Hello, friends - I have just taken a very rare (for me) mid-day nap. Thanks to Lessa for keeping you up to date. Unfortunately, I brought the Ladybug back home at 11:00 this morning (Friday the 13th) as her labor had stalled. She is still contracting. They consider her still to be in labor.
But at 36 weeks her doctor is not comfortable with enhancing the process with stripping the membranes or adding pitocin to the mix.
So, keep her in your thoughts - we will probably be heading back over soon. (soon being a subjective term, you see. Could be today - tomorrow - next week) As Skatemom says below babies tend to come when they durned well feel like it - and apparently this little one is quite content where s/he is at the moment.
I'll write more later. Thanks to everyone for your notes. We all appreciate it.
