You will find my entry in the Sports Region for some reason. ;-)) The rules are posted there and the amount of time left in this round of voting is posted as well. It's not a popularity contest (really, it isn't) and there are some very good entries there. Enjoy.

Let's see. Not much news to report tonight. It was a busily uneventful day. New hires had to take a full day training - 1/2 day of first aid and 1/2 day of CPR. Tomorrow I will take a CPR recertification in the afternoon with some of the older employees.
I wasn't able to do it very well last year - it was very hard to work on the infant and the toddler dummies. I am too close to my grandchildren, I guess. That, and the toddler dummy just made me think of our little guy, Jacey. I hope to be able to do better this year. I was mercifully passed last year. The instructor saw how distressed I was and let me stop.
It is my prayer that I never be called on to do CPR, although I think I would be able to do it if need be. Just don't fall down in front of me to test my skills, okay? I am VERY good at dialing 9-1-1, though, so you should be okay for the couple of minutes it would take our fire department guys to get on scene.
Well, I am going to call it a night. Everyone have a lovely Tuesday.
